All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Erbil: 1–2 business days

  • Other cities in Iraq: 2–4 business days

  • International orders (if applicable): 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. Any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Sansousi is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 9sansousi9@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
