Return & Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours (1 day) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, any opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Provide clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible unopened item within 24 hours of delivery. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Hygiene restrictions still apply to opened personal care products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
